Pros

Amazing land product, everyone needs it for a term, truly a short term must-have adopting Ai, brilliant engineering team.

Cons

New CRO is selling I don't know what to people joining the company, have seen people come in the door last 60 days being promised the world, and they are in for a big surprise. Some of the things coming out of their mouth about what is happening, or gong to happen are INSANE. Who is telling you this?? lol. Do your research on the potential lifetime of this company. Reality: most customers use us for 3 to 6 months, and then figure out how to do it on their own with Claude or any other code assistant. Enterprise adoption long term is non-existent. Call any contracted customer and ask them their long term plans with Cursor before joining please, churn rates are through the roof. They just went to get money from the VC's, turned down due to the risk of consumption of capabilities by Openai Anthropic etc, and had to take this money from X.ai or we would die at this burn rate. BTW the latest is that the acquisition if it holds from Xai is August 2026, will any of these people even vest a single share??

Strict time keeping is important but can create a fair amount of admin work when in a business role and constantly moving in-between tasks

Cons

Slightly longer hours than industry standard, although no real overtime 8am start Low holiday allowance / no year on year loyalty bonus Often job switching / multitasking Technical debt can be a problem Strict time recording / high admin overhead

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I'm pleased to say that we are now offering reduced working hours, more flexibility with employees deciding start / finish times on the day and increasing holiday allowance so that all staff have 20 days + 8 Bank Holidays + the period when office is closed over Christmas.
