Pros

barely any pros; lo and behold. Only some direct managers are nice within the team.

Cons

If you are considering joining, please be aware of what you’re walking into: 1) The leadership style is extremely rigid and nitpicky, with disproportionate focus on minor matters rather than real productivity. 2) Punctuality is treated almost obsessively — even being one minute late can trigger reporting, gossiping, and finger-pointing that is escalated all the way up to management. 3) Communication is consistently poor. Instructions are often contradictory; what you were explicitly told to do yesterday becomes a “misunderstanding” today, and the blame falls squarely on you. 4) Taking legitimate medical leave is frowned upon. Instead of support, expect guilt-tripping. 5) The culture is highly political and cliquish. Trust is scarce, and you’ll find yourself second-guessing even casual interactions. Using your phone during office hours is discouraged in a way that feels reminiscent of military-style surveillance. 6) Workload is relentless and never-ending, with expectations that are nearly impossible to satisfy. No matter how much you do, it never feels enough. 7) Unsurprisingly, the turnover rate is alarmingly high — hence the constant job postings. Those who have managed to stay long-term tend to uphold the very culture that drives others away. 8) The advertised benefits are somewhat misleading. For example, the “20 days of annual leave” comes with strings attached, such as compulsory block leave, which reduces flexibility. Bottom line: The environment is stressful, political, and unforgiving. It seems to reward those who thrive in toxicity while draining everyone else. If you’re looking for stability, support, and healthy communication, you may want to look elsewhere, seriously! SPARE YOURSELF, JOIN AT UR OWN RISK!
