Curtis Johnson has an incrediably vast level of knowledgable, and whether he acknowledges it or not, is by far one of the greatest teachers of all time. And even better, he goes above and beyond to actually SHARE what he knows with others, out of a sincere desire & enjoyment of helping propel to success those around him. Along with Curtis is the most amazing team of people, both personally and professionally, you could ever hope to work with. If you have the desire to grow and improve, you will find all you need and much more, daily, here at CJR.

If you can't stand the heat , get out of the kitchen! One thing you will surely become acutely aware of, if you can be truly honest with yourself, is where your own personal weaknesses lie, and yes, you'll locate your strengths as well. Every single word out of Curtis's mouth is 100% the truth...Until you can implement these truths, the growing process can be a bit painful! However, I personally do NOT consider this a con, as I would much rather know where I need improvements. That all being said, if you are failing here, it is definiately not due to a lack of anyting on the company's part, but rather on your own.. This is not for the weak at heart!
