Pros

Curzon is an amazing company to work for. Not only in the as a staffer, but as an employee. I have been fortunate enough to work under a great boss and team. Everyone in office works together to fix problems, and every works well collaboratively. While everyone has a set role, every helps with other team member's tasks. Karen, the CEO and President, is an amazing boss who looks to encourage and empower everyone. People in the office have the utmost respect for her. The account managers are also welcoming and they look to help everyone find a job. They create long term business relationships with people who inquire for a position, and keeps them in mind as job orders are requested. The office is ran very professionally and everyone is open to new ideas.

Cons

I have had nothing but a positive experience.

Pros

-Direct access to leadership -Supervisors are incredibly open and willing to listen -Constant innovation or at least consistently looking for ways to stand out -Opportunity to learn all facets of the staffing industry (particularly on the contract and contract-to-hire sides) by way of working a "full-desk" -Build your own portfolio of clients through business development efforts -House Clients are available to manage their accounts so you have a base to start off with -Fun culture and a great atmosphere. Your colleagues genuinely care about you (on a personal level) and your success professionally

Cons

-The company has only been under new management for just about two years so there are a lot of growing pains -Some of the requests from clients are pretty difficult to meet -The constant innovation can also be a con, at times it can distract from the base core growth that is needed -Compensation is below the industry average in-house but I honestly believe that leadership is open to hearing counter-offers obviously after proving yourself -At times there is a lack of structure but that is not necessarily a negative if you are comfortable with flexible work flow
