Great Culture, Good Work Diversity, Low(ish) Salary Structure - Anonymous employee Cushing Terrell Employee Review

Pros

The culture at CTA is one of the best that I've been around in my career. People seem to care about others here, we work hard and play hard. After working for 3 years with the company I request to be a remote employee since I don't really work with the people in my office. I was given the OK to do this and have been working out of my home for the last 3 months now.

Cons

The corporate structure is not well laid out. It's hard to know where to go next in terms of job promotion, and therefore salary structure is hard to quantify. Because the company is based in Billings MT the salary structure is tilted towards that market (which is cheaper than other areas they have offices) the salary scale is quite a bit lower than other companies.

Pros

- Good benefits - Flexibility (just be sure to communicate your needs) - Beautiful office locations

Cons

- Project Managers can be rude and demanding - Lack of training or introduction, especially for younger professionals who didn't go through their intern program (I wasn't even formally introduced to the office) - Poor communication with no big picture focus...lots of micro managing and unforgiving timecard policy
