Pros

The PTO and salary were decent. Good opportunity to learn about real estate and work with big-name clients. Great to build your resume...so you can leave.

Cons

The turnover rate is staggeringly high. Most people don’t last a year. Why? Well, from personal experience, you will be given more work you can handle, with management cracking the whip all day long and belittling the team. I was on a conference call once with a client and said, “We have about 5 minutes left, so I’ll try to wrap up quickly to respect everyone’s time” and got an email from my manager about a minute later berating me for that (because he severely micromanaged and sat on everyone’s conference calls in silence, only to degrade everyone afterwards for extremely minute things). Professional development? Training opportunities? Forget it. You’ll come in, slave away all day, and leave. There is nothing positive about the environment or a sense of team. Honestly, I was miserable working there.

Pros

Compensation was good, benefits were average.

Cons

Sr. leadership will put ethics aside and discard anyone to try and appease a ruthless client (LinkedIn). Very dated business plan, adverse to technology.
