If you have residents who make life hard, pinnacle will allow you to break the law just so they don't get a lawsuit. I saw so much corruption that was entirely out of our hands. Also, $15 an hour isn't enough for the stuff you have to deal with. I was sexually harassed by a resident, flashed by someone from the street, dealing with fights and blood at times, etc. It can be a high stress job for sure and employees deserve to be compensated for the energy they put into that job.
