      Cushman and Wakefield is a very well-known and well-respected company which gives their employees excellent exposure to the commercial real estate industry.

      Cons

      Promotion into a brokerage position at Cushman and Wakefield for an inexperienced person is difficult. They tend to hire seasoned brokers.
