Absolutely none. Over worked and underpaid is an UNDERSTATEMENT.
Cons
CBM barely pays their best employees while mandatory overtime is every day. The majority of employees are BARELY BEING PAID A LIVABLE WAGE. Also making employees do OUT OF STATE JOBS for weeks/up to a month to save locations that are going out of business. What does that say about CBM? Terrible reliance on already spread thin workers to do what upper management obviously can't.
