      Pros

      None really besides the warehouse guys were great to work with

      Cons

      No pay raises, the manager is condescending all the time, the salesman makes so many mistakes and the weight of it all falls on the lesser paid employees. There is NO appreciation for how hard you work and there is no support system from management.

      Great team support across branches and corporate staff. Constantly working to improve culture. Company values employees and employee retention is important. Promote from within the company, Competitive pay and benefits. Corporate office open to employee input and ideas. Great hours
