Pros
I honestly can’t think of much for this category. There was a great team there of the lesser valued employees but they have all left. Oh, we did have great customers who appreciated our work.
Cons
Terrible equipment, complete disconnect from management and corporate, no room for advancement, no recognition or reward for doing your best day in and day out, a salesman who does absolutely nothing but waste the money the employees are working so hard to get, an employee who’s been stealing time and material from the company for decades and management and salesmen allow it. Overall just middle/older aged men patting each other on the back while riding on the people who really do the customer service work and grunt work.
