      Pros

      Great company with full medical benefits and great plans to choose from. They provide a nice base salary plus a fair commission structure. This is a remote position and is very well managed. They take good care of you and have a very organized system with online team meetings and a weekly 1-on-1 meeting with your manager. Anyone within the organization is just a few clicks away if you need them, as they use Microsoft Teams.

      Pros

      Free soda, lots of bs townhall meetings with free food.

      Cons

      Poor leadership, Zero accountability, All the best talent leaves and goes to customers they support... constantly. You can call yourself a project manager and make only 40k a year... delusional management and most of the high paying jobs are family members of the owner... or sexing with the upper management.
