The ownership has always made me feel valued, listened to, and part of the team. I have been encouraged to attend trainings and pursue opportunities which have allowed me to learn and grow my skill set. The owners have then in turn promoted me to new positions where I could utilize those skills. Employees are encouraged to learn from mistakes and revise our processes to set ourselves up for future successes. New software has been periodically introduced to give us the tools we need to meet the growing demands of our projects. The company promotes teamwork and cohesiveness by hosting fun quarterly employee outings. The owners continue to pursue new avenues for business growth as they look to the future.

As a small company there is a need for employees to wear multiple hats at times. It would be great to move into a new building as we continue to expand the company.

Caring, flexible owners who are willing to grow and change as the company expands while still staying true to the family atmosphere of a small company. They focus on constant improvement and honor each employee's opinion in how to make the company better. Great place to work and grow.

The areas of time management and process efficiencies could be improved, but at the time of this review, I am aware that action is being taken to do just that.
