Family atmosphere and growth oriented - Business Administrator Custom Controls Group Employee Review

The ownership has always made me feel valued, listened to, and part of the team. I have been encouraged to attend trainings and pursue opportunities which have allowed me to learn and grow my skill set. The owners have then in turn promoted me to new positions where I could utilize those skills. Employees are encouraged to learn from mistakes and revise our processes to set ourselves up for future successes. New software has been periodically introduced to give us the tools we need to meet the growing demands of our projects. The company promotes teamwork and cohesiveness by hosting fun quarterly employee outings. The owners continue to pursue new avenues for business growth as they look to the future.

As a small company there is a need for employees to wear multiple hats at times. It would be great to move into a new building as we continue to expand the company.

None I can think of at the moment

Management paints a rosy picture, but it is sketchy at best. I gave notice of my last day and they let me go early. Be very careful about this company. I had to pay back my cost of training, they withheld my paycheck, not my last paycheck until the one I wrote them cleared the bank.
