Working here is great if you are talented in many areas of expertise but not everyone will feel they can keep up with the fast pace and the many hats you must wear. It’s a small company which has pros and cons

I retired after 28 years as a Custom Data Solutions IT professional. When I began, I was one of 5 employees. The negative reviews that I see on this page are indicative of some of the growing pains that the company has gone through throughout the decades, but during my tenure I saw tremendous effort put forth by the executives to resolve issues that have been mentioned in the other reviews. The company has a good heart and great people, offers its IT personnel many opportunities for growth and development, and has excellent benefits. The management team and executives are very approachable and excel at making themselves available for any kind of discussion. There is always plenty of innovation and work to be done - which is a strong positive, in my opinion. Be prepared to pull your weight as part of a wonderfully cohesive team.
