Demanding but rewarding, out of the way but in a good way

It was nice working at a pool bar. It has its obvious pros during the summer months. My fellow employees were by and large great people to work with and I am still friends with most of them 4 years later.

It was pretty disorganized at times and managers would sometimes disappear for most of the shift. Tips varied from very good to insulting, depending on the crowd.
