Pay is surviveable income (with forced OT) Bonus Incentive is ok after you have acquired privileges
Cons
Mandatory 12 hr days on your feet nonstop. Almost Never work less then 44 hrs per week Work is fast paced, can be tedious and/or monotinous. Pay is low on average for job related field. Management drive the workforce into the ground and are almost completely non receptive to any feedback
