Pros
The premise of CustomMade is wonderful: create a marketplace that brings together skilled artisans from all over North America and consumers who want custom work done. Think furniture, jewelry, glasswork, metalwork, etc.
Cons
The two "co-founders" are not experienced in managing a web-based business, and frankly, shouldn't be managing anyone. They treat people like they're disposable and the environment there is decidedly frat-like.
