Pros

My salary was slightly above average, compared to others in the area.

Cons

The turnover is through the roof, and they can't even keep any leaders around, because the owners are egotistical, and fly off the handle over just about anything. There were days where I actually questioned whether someone had forgotten their medication. It could go from a simple, un-interested chat to a full blown cuss storm in seconds. Over nothing. There is zero room for advancement. My salary was good, however I know that others made much less. The benefits package is very limited. They will expect you to work as many extra hours as it takes to get their files processed, but you will get no overtime, and if you run out of your 10 days of PTO, they will charge you for even taking an extra hour off because your children got sent home sick from daycare. Bottom line, don't do it unless you are at your last resort for generating income. I knew 2 folks who had worked here previously, and I wish I would have listened to them.

Pros

There are statements (reviews) that do not correctly reflect and misrepresent the company and the culture I know here at CustomerStream! When I started at CustomerStream over 3 years ago, I felt I was at the end of my rope in the sales industry. Too many previous employers who would promise the sun, moon and the stars and at the end kept their fingers crossed behind their back. It made me question if I was in the wrong line of business. Thankfully an opportunity came to work at CustomerStream and for the first time in years, I not only worked in an environment that promoted success, but it made me hungry again to succeed. CustomerStream provides tremendous benefits and is tremendously respectful of your personal time with family. I also was blessed to have a mentor that helped me "rethink" the way I sold in the past and by trusting the process and correct way to conduct myself, I have to say I am more successful now from not only from a financial perspective, but from a personal perspective too. I have also been challenged to succeed but all in a constructive and rewarding manner. Today, thanks to this positive and challenging environment I have become more confident and willing to learn each and every day. I have never had a day where I am not excited to come to work. So if you are looking for a challenge but in a rewarding environment, please consider my company.
