Hello Kiev, I can't say enough about how amazing our team is there and the great working coming out of Kiev under the most difficult of circumstances, Thank you for ALL that you do!! Thanks also for taking the time to provide this feedback. I like you feedback about internal communication and transparency -- those are personal topics for me that I am keen to champion on behalf of those providing that feedback. Although it is challenging, it is something that we must get right and you have my commitment that it will be a focus over the next 18 months. I would also love to understand your feedback better about building long-term teams and improving our decision making process around values and strategy. Please do share it in what ever form you feel comfortable with you direct manager, country manager or HR Business Partner. We are making efforts to make sure this kind of feedback gets to the executive team.

Cons

Honestly, no real cons so far. Everything just works the way it should.

Disappointing, minimal raise High turnover- layoffs to save money and then hires a few months after, then layoffs again A feeling of no job security
