Pros

Todos são gentis e realmente se empenham em ajudar, contanto que exista o legítimo esforço do solicitante no sentido de querer resolver os problemas. Cerimônias, aspectos documentais e de comunicação costumam ser apropriados às tarefas, sem exageros nem vácuo, evitando constrangimentos e atritos, além de existir respeito a diferenças estéticas/físicas, culturais e comportamentais, desde que mantido o devido respeito recíproco.

Cons

Certas exigências de clientes podem ser rígidas ou obsoletas/legadas, levando ao uso de práticas e tecnologias não necessariamente apropriadas aos problemas atuais/futuros ou às convenções das ferramentas, além de propiciar um ambiente de desenvolvimento com excesso de padronização e pouco espaço para customização.

1. Onboarding was super smooth - everything was clear and organized from day one. 2. Managers are friendly, quick to reply, and always ready to help out. 3. The company genuinely cares about people - you feel supported, not just managed.

Cons

Honestly, no real cons so far. Everything just works the way it should.
