Pros
You get to wear many hats working here. There is opportunity among all the departments (I think) to build your skillset and not get stuck focusing only on specific tasks within your specific role. This is a great place to come learn and grow/implement your skills. The culture is also a positive one where people truly do work hard and genuinely enjoy working with one another. The company also covers employee only benefits, which is really nice, and they host events and quarterly meetings to keep all employees connected and to show appreciation for their hard work. I also saw someone wrote that there is no 401k match, but the company recently instituted one :)
Cons
The company appears to be doing its best as a small employer in terms of supporting its employees and its business objectives. I agree that sometimes resources may seem stretched, but the company is in a growing state and is working to address those pinch points.
