      Some of the people I work with are nice and experienced in the fashion industry.

      Cons

      They fired most of their development team and increased their marketing team. What are they expecting to market if they don't have the product? To have a good product you need a strong, robust development team.

      Pros

      Recently moved out of town and left CUTS. Was shocked to see bad reviews. Everyone at CUTS loves CUTS and Steven. He’s a passionate CEO and wants to win. He has never once said something inappropriate or sexist that these reviews have mentioned. These are clearly fired employees who are mad. Amazing brand. We always have fun trips to NY, Steven always pays the bills. This is a great brand to work for and all the long standing employees and leaders are great. Highly recommend!

      Needs more work trips. Early in the companies history we did trips every month, now every quarter, wish we did them more frequently!

      You don't get an increase for years for being a contractor. You're asked to work even on company declared holidays.
