Pros
Good earnings opportunity as long as your willing to be miserable. Paid cell phone bill. Nice properties for the top .01 percent.
Cons
Everything - starting with upper management. They are completely abusive toward employees and have zero realistic expectations. I worked here for about 2 months and quitting was the best decision I made. Do not work for this company. All the negative reviews listed below are completely true. No appreciation for employees, unreasonable expectations, AWFUL time management. I love the attempt by current directors in the company saying work life balance is a priority. Then scroll down to find actual manager experiences. The long hours during the week are totally fine - great way to make good money. But when you keep people on Friday night until 8 PM and expect them to be on call all weekend long to answer sales inquiries - that is ridiculous. Time management - meetings would constantly run off agenda and several hours past what they needed. Time was wasted by micromanagement and tangents by upper management about what needed to be done. I watched co workers get berated, cry and have emotional sickness due to managements style and constant disrespect The proof is results. Few people stay there long. Has to be some of the worst retention in the Denver market. Disappointing to read the 2016 reviews and see that the company hasn't made any effort to change. The company will always blame this on the employees... and the employees not being the right candidates for the system.. Don't fall for that. I was highly qualified and would've made this company a boatload of money had they had reasonable expectations and treated people the right way. The environment was simply too much to overcome. The other people I worked with all quit, do to the same reasons I did. Just because you can make 80K/year selling vacation rentals doesn't mean employees will just let you push them around. Overall terrible experience. Seriously don't waste your time. I forfeited a few thousand dollars in commission by walking out.. it was that bad. Staying in that toxic environment for another two weeks to collect commission wasn't an option. Happiness and being treated the right way trumps money.
