Pros

Cybalink is more than just a company, it's a community that genuinely values and supports its employees. After six and a half years here, I can confidently say that Cybalink offers an outstanding work environment filled with opportunity, care, and positivity. Some highlights include: - Complete government-mandated benefits provided without delay. - Regular allowances and a competitive salary package. - Annual salary increases based on performance and contributions. - A strong work-life balance, with the company encouraging employees to leave the office on time. - Wellness routines, such as morning stretch & flex and Monday meditation & healing exercises to start the week right. - Monthly activities, like Third Friday of the Month games and prizes, that keep morale high. - Company events like Valentine’s Day, Halloween, Anniversary celebrations, Basketball League, and a Year-End Party that bring fun and unity to the workplace. - Tenure recognition programs for 1st, 5th, and 10th years, showing appreciation for long-term commitment. - Generous referral bonuses to reward employee advocacy. - A supportive management team that listens, guides, and motivates. - A nice, cozy office environment that promotes productivity and collaboration. - Surrounded by amazing, friendly, and genuinely beautiful people — inside and out. The culture here is uplifting, inclusive, and respectful. Cybalink does an excellent job of blending professional growth with personal well-being, making it a place you look forward to going to every day.

Cons

After six and a half years with Cybalink, I honestly have no major complaints. The company continues to evolve and listen to its employees, which is rare and commendable.

Pros

1.Fixed Working Schedule Monday to Friday - No shifting, no night support surprises. Your week is structured with clear expectations and consistent hours. 2. No weekend calls, no last-minute tickets, no surprise emails. Weekends are yours, exactly how work-life balance should be. 3. When your shift ends, you clock out. No pressure to extend. You’re trusted to finish on time and encouraged to go home. 4. Accessible office even if you are from north, south, east or west of NCR. 5. Toilets are clean with water bidet.

Cons

1. It’s expensive… because you actually have time to travel. With a fixed Monday - Friday schedule and real work-life balance, weekends are free. And guess what? You’ll find yourself planning road trips, booking flights, or exploring nearby provinces. 2. Too many food temptations at Arcovia City. The office is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and food parks. Even if you bring lunch from home, somehow you’ll end up buying. 3.You’re “encouraged” to use your VL… so you keep spending. Here, you're actually expected to use your vacation leave. Which sounds great but until you realize you’ve been booking trips just to make the most of it. 4. Too many Sundowner events = food coma and beer belly risk. The company loves to celebrate with Sundowners: good food, unlimited snacks, and bottomless beer. 5. Too comfortable at work to trap you. The production area is comfortably cold, so you’ll need a thick jacket. Pair that with an ergonomic chair so comfy you won’t want to stand up

Pros

Working at Cybalink was more than just a job for me - it was a journey of growth. I started out as an HR Data Management Specialist and, over the years, transitioned into an HR and Recruitment Specialist. What stood out the most was how the company genuinely supports people who show passion and dedication. If they see your potential and commitment, they won’t hesitate to give you opportunities to step up and grow. The culture is incredibly encouraging, and I always felt seen and appreciated. I built strong relationships during my time there, and even after leaving, I’ve stayed in touch with many of my former colleagues. That sense of connection says a lot about the kind of workplace Cybalink is. Honestly, if I ever get the chance to work with them again, I wouldn’t think twice.

Cons

Every company has room for improvement, but my overall experience was overwhelmingly positive.
