BEWARE ! The company is run by people who lack integrity and are basically con-men. They cheat both their customers and their developers as follows : (1) Their customers are shown padded costs (2) There is a dummy 20 seater office taken in Hyderabad, India (3) There is absolutely no valid contract between this entity and any developer it `hires`. (4) They promise to "augment" your engineering staff with engineers from India. But these engineers are all hired elsewhere working outside any "legal" framework for that extra dime working few hours in the night. Don't be surprised if your projects are stretched with a Project Manager, Business Analyst, Architect, Senior Engineer for 3 months for a mere 50-lines of code. For Developers, (1) They say they will hire you full time but we have to deliver something before they do so - on part-time basis. THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN Yes this is a message of spite but everything above is true. The company is exporting IT and Staffing solutions from resident Indians who aren't aware they would be liable for relevant excise duties for these exports. The company will provide no indemnity for these people. The company is importing IT and Staffing into US without the necessary permissions. They are highly conceited and I would strongly suggest following a proper audit and validation of their claims before on-boarding them. Good Luck ! They have a new offering called talentkafe ( which is a ripoff of gigster and toptal ) which is essentially a white-label on the same con
