Cons
Below market pay. Raises are a joke and virtually non-existent. Long hours they will tell you they respect home life balance but 40 hours are not enough to get everything you need to get done finished. Upper management is dismissive, demeaning and rude to other employees. The company offers substandard benefits, PTO and sick time are coupled and their 401k program is awful and filled with hidden "fees" that will cost you an arm and a leg. They say they have a training budget but have no real intentions to actually better their personnel and would instead prefer to keep them in place and use them until they are bored then fire them. There were 3 sales teams hired and fired in less than 2 years. The company frequently lies to clients and finds ways to "spin" things so they seem like they are not at fault. Internal teams do not communicate and everything will be treated like its a national secret. Do not expect anyone to actually tell you anything until the day of. After employees were fired for not complying with the new vaccination policy the company refused to acknowledge that they were fired and instead said they voluntarily left so they would not be able to seek unemployment. If I could give this company negative stars I would. You should avoid working for or with this company at all costs.
