I have never seen or heard micromanagement at this level. 3. There is no sick leave in this company (except for 1.5 days of privilege leave). Leave will deduct from this 1.5 days if you take sick leave also. 4. Because of the 90-day notice period, no other companies are waiting for me to join; that is the only reason I'm still here.
