Pros
I felt compelled to share the truth about working at CyberMaxx after reading other reviews from people who left. They are the ones missing out and they know it. I've been here for more than a year and yes we have had leadership change - without it, i'm not sure we would even be a company. Sales were not happening and most us were just doing the same job we always did. CyberMaxx is much more exciting now - new departments have been created and I think that means new opportunities. I'm very happy with the mission of this company and I feel like I belong. My co-workers believe we can make a difference and I've learned so much from our new hires. I look forward to protecting our clients every day.
Cons
For me there aren't many. I hear talk about the turnover meaning a loss of knowledge but I love the energy we have here. Our team now hears from senior leadership more often than before. It's up to us to listen to the direction and decide to be a part of it. If you only want what used to be-we won't be that much longer.
