Straightforward job expectations but poor management practices - Senior Software Engineer CyberPro Consulting Employee Review

Incompetence... They are bad at managing the contractors who do work for them, what do I mean by that? They dont know what I work on or what skills I have, or even which team I am part of. To them I am entirely a number on a spreadsheet. They couldnt even keep track of my actual leave days and the burden of proof fell onto me. They will also pay you late without any reasoning if them deem fit.
