Cons
Everyday life is far from being as good as they want you to believe during interviews. Don't judge this company only by the positive reviews they get here, it's just an illusion. Trust is definitively an issue for the managers: social media & communication apps blocked even on your own mobile phone. They also watch your computer even if they can't officially use it against you. Don't go too often to the bathroom, they might not appreciate it even if you have good reasons to go there every hour (like because you drink water). Management is mainly based on threats and psychological pressure. You might feel constantly under pressure for no reason but you'll eventually get used to it. As for any job, pressure can be good to get better. However, in this company, pressure affects people negatively due to poor respect and understanding from managers, resulting in fatigue, lack of motivation and a big turnover. Human ressources will rarely support you. Their role mainly consists of listening to what's being said in the office and then repeat it to the managers when it doesn't go their way. To people reading this comment, ask yourself why there're some negative comments - there might be only a few but be sure a dozen people would love to write their own but they're too scared. To sum up, you can get a better experience elsewhere with top managers and business-model. Karma will take care of the rest.
