HR is in India and they treat you like an American even you are in the UK. Very bad management. I when though 4 team leaders in 3 years, all with different expectations and in the end it was all my fault. System Admin is not trained and tools are not working and the blame is going to the employee. "Yes man" Environment that is not able to fix their issues. Artificial stress creation but not analyzing the employees issues and overwhelming them with tasks to make managements job easier. Not willing to pay the month in hand after termination and not answering the emails after requesting the missing payment.
