Sluggish and procrastinating attitudinal person may find it chocking and get flushed out soon for non performance or disciplinary action and later retort their frustration blaming on policies and management. Ideal platform for someone who is novice and mid-level candidate who actually get chance to sculpture career with their own hands. Management is quite strong with functional knowledge and expertise in guidance and counseling.

Being SME there are no multiple layers present for reporting. Most of employees reporting into Director and it could be dreadful for fresher especially when multiple errors are popped out with no justification. Apparently accountability is something being coerced but which again could be part of developing new entrepreneurs. Not great payers but again SME’s usually doesn’t have that bandwidth.

there is nothing good i can say. its all bad,wrong,pitiful,and dead in this company.ohh i am sorry it is not company.,it is place manged by two brother bound to make your life horrible . there is no pros..only a mad boss(owner of company)

OWNER =CONS owners don't respect their employees no eating on floor(not even chocolate) no salary on time no flexibility (time, day,work) company without projects owners don't have job to do, so they damage your time and self respect they don't treat you good no matter how smart and skillful you are.. canteen smaller than bathroom. 15 minutes exacts for tea ,if u exceeds ,gotta pay fine company with only 20 member from last 8 years (no growth) forget about employees growth. 100 sq km area office.bad service bond (1 year) they keep your documents as security deposit.(never return you back) life is pity
