Pros

Challenging but yet rewarding environment. Great inner company culture, lunch & snacks are always provided which is great. Excellent benefits for individual and families, the employees are treated as family, very personal environment and a lot of good team work. There is flexibility with working remote as well which can be hard to find in many companies. Above average pay.

Cons

To address other reviewers comments regarding the CEO, I have never experienced any of that. It is a close knit environment so we are all bound to have some rough moments on occasion, which is normal and you'll find in any workplace. We are fortunate enough to work closely with the CEO so we see the day to day which is beneficial for the whole team and company as we get first hand feedback and knowledge of what's going on. The only con I can think of is that we do have deadlines and milestones we need to meet which sometimes requires hours outside of the 9-5 norm.

Pros

CyberSponse is still a startup. The environment is flexible, rewarding, and there's a lot of opportunity to learn if you're wanting to increase your ceiling. You get back what you put in. It's nice to be in an environment where results are really valued and make an immediate impact. The people here are focused and the team knows what needs to be done. It makes me happy to come to work every day. Also, the company is really changing the way cyber security is being done in many of the biggest enterprises in the world. Come here to make a difference.

Cons

CyberSponse has had many ups and downs as a startup. The ride isn't as cushy as a large corporate environment. There's no room for non-contributors and you must be self-motivated. The hours can be taxing if you really want to succeed. You've got to swallow your pride as there's no job too little, though everyone has a role to play.
