Pros
I've been with the company for two years as a developer amongst other roles. We have an exciting team, with an exciting product. Lots of challenges to be faced in a new niche space dealing with security and the ability to respond in the face of a breach. With the space so new we do run into a lot of pivot situations that are a constant source of challenge with the ability to rise, grow and improve personally.
Cons
Since the space is new the rapid pivoting that was a trademark of management early on caused a lot of stress. However as management has slowly restructured sprint schedules and the like have become more formalized with process guiding new changes. We've managed to secure some great clients, but low staffing can sometimes create challenges in the form of people resources. As successful as we've been, by most yardsticks we're still a startup at worst, and a medium sized company at best.
