Pros

best for boot lickers, sycophant, big boss lover, and someone who's expert in buttering.

Cons

one who doesn't have any single quality o=mentioned above cann't survive there more than few months. they prefer people with toxic mindset who frame other and even after they caught them they will still keep them in company just because they are soo good at buttering or cybertec's one and only son wants them too. It's not a company, its a bigboss house. they can fire you anytime with no appropriate reson like- if your best friend is also working there and plans to resign than the so called management of Cybertec Inc, will fire you just because your friend is going. Salary is never on time even sometimes you'll get it after 15 or 17. Incentive policy is among the worst one. instead of motivating you, it demotivates you. the whole company and management is only ruled by one single employee, and if they see someone is doing better than him, the management will start giving them hard time and make them either quit or fire them.

Pros

Not a good place to work Long hiring process with multiple interview rounds, including a final one with the owner that often felt irrelevant to the role. Incentives were delayed or not paid, salary slips were inconsistent, and PF deductions were missing. Overall, poor management and unprofessional processes. “Disorganized management, delayed pay, and broken promises — not worth your time.”
