Business outlook
Pros
The leadership has been stepping it up and there is good communication among the team. It’s pretty remarkable to see this company grow. I don’t see Cybera’s momentum slowing down anytime soon. I’m excited for the future here.
Cons
There have been some growing pains. New leadership was brought on board and while it took a bit for everyone to get used to, things are starting to click and there is definitely a lot more cohesion.
