Everyday before going to the office I try hard to find one good reason to work with these Ogres, however; fail to find it. I just want to complete the notice period and leave, before I die of frustration.

I tried finding one good reason to work with them, however; couldn't find a single reason. Worst management. Salary doesn't come on time. They always keep with them 15-20 days salary and once you resign they harass you. The HR department here is the worst, and should be better called as Harassing Resources rather than Human resources, however; it's the CEO that is to be blamed as HRs are nothing more than the mouthpiece of the CEO. They don't have a team size of more than 150 including those on the client side, however; they mislead the new joiners and their prospective clients by telling that they've a strength of around 400 people. I've resigned from here and serving notice period which is about to complete in a couple of days and now the HR is telling me to either leave the salary else they'll give a negative feedback in my relieving letter. All the HRs and the CEO here are crooked and fake people. My advice to people is to not even think about going here for the interview as you'll definitely regret it later.

No pros... There is no good things in this orgnization..Fake reviews entered by HR..There way of working in company like fish marketing.. Never give salary.. They hire fresher.Fresher work hard and then they fire them without giving salary...HR and CEO are worst.... I worked in this company for last two years..they donot give my 2months salary... They make fool people and play with carrier of employees... Those employees who worked on client site are fired without notice period and they dont give their salary..

There are cons only in this company... Multitv and Cyberlinks are the same company..dont confuse with the name..CEO make their relatives Team Lead and those team lead having no knowledge... Hr department is like sweet poision.They always play with the employee carrier... Dont be fool..Never join... They dont have any good clients.. Dont play them with your future.. BE Safe....Worst company I have seen...
