Pros
- Flexible when it comes to home/life (depending on the manager) - Headquarters is within walking distance to Silver line
Cons
- Upper management does not listen to the ideas/problems given to them - Not willing to spend the money to have a properly running business - Low pay and overworked - Managers/Upper Management have no boundaries, call you on your PTO/days off unexpectedly - Benefits are poor, with no matching 401K - HR is expected to also be an office manager (not mentioned in the interview/job description) - Managers ask that employees do not tell people when they are leaving the company - Upper Management does not let company know when HQ staff leave until after they are already gone - Upper Management talks badly about the people who have left the company in detail to HQ staff - Benefits package says benefits end to the end of the month you leave/laid off/terminated, but they turn off your insurance the day you are terminated - Upper management waits until the last minute to do everything - Off-boarding is a nightmare - No proposal process; wait until the last minute to do them; no capture or business development managers; no Bid/No Bid process - Upper management expects employees to drop everything / cancel plans to meet their schedules (especially if they wait until the last minute) - No cellular service in HQ - Say they offer bonuses for proposal wins, but never gave the bonus
