Great Product, Great Marketing and compenstation overall

Could use more vacation time

Decent med product will low ball on OEM to win deals and cannot even compete on most fortune 1000 company sales opportunities they look for obscure opps

1. They over micro manage because of their worry about control and discovery of their business - they watch everything from no cell phones, watch everyone on video watch what your are writing in your own notebooks to your emails 2. Very high turn over 6 reps in the time I was there less than a year and many many more - only 3 people there more than 1 year because they reap the sales from the people who leave 3. Lie to customers by telling them a false name instead of their own including exec management very bizarre also send email blast from fictious people who don't exist 4. Call on your accounts and say it was you intercept leads to you then give to who they think best deserves - meaning you better drink the koolaid
