Pros
The work itself is very cool and interesting. It can range from autonomous forklifts, to spotting bullets with lasers. If you like interesting projects, Cybernet has them. Most of the engineers there are very smart cool people. I consider many of them to be my friends still.
Cons
Almost everything but the type of work. While there I had to work many hours past the standard 40 regularly, and was also regularly accused of "Not caring enough", and "Not willing to try hard enough" all the time. All of the Engineers are accused of this. Management is clueless, and at times it seems like the President is actively attempting to cause the company to fail. The president goes around to every engineer every day and yells at them about how they could be doing things better than they are. Every Day. The salary is competitive, but while there my raises were never as high as the inflation rate. In fact I witnessed first hand a vice president lie to an employee about a raise. I also witnessed first hand this same VP deliberately lower scores on a performance review, knocking that employee into a lower bonus pool, which would have made a difference if they ever gave out bonuses.
