Rules are too restrictive, even though the work is done directly at the client’s site. Career path and communication with the head office are still weak Heavy workload with compensation that doesn’t match the level of responsibility

Very competitive salary, including for fresh graduates, and very easy to negotiate salary when performance is good.

So far, I have no complaints. It's perfect for early careers as a stepping stone.
