Pros

Well up till now my review is very much Satisfying as far as the company's culture, Management has implemented open door policy and we can share our views and suggestion openly to our Uplines irrespective of the hierarchy. What I like the most is active involvement / participation of manager in every aspect of the process and they promote friendly environment. Furthermore, we are experiencing a strong shift towards mental health and wellbeing of every employee.
