It's important for all managers that our people are happy in their workplace and they create regular events such as Well Being Weeks, Employee Recognition weeks and many other events. 'It's not over until we get a smile' is their motto. The company is growing and expanding in other countries but also wants their people to grow too. That's why they have created a management training and development course to focus on various business needs such us finance, culture, commercial and health & safety.
Cons
Growing your business means new standards, new languages and many more colleagues sometimes it's hard to keep up but it's still great to see how we evolve.
