Pros

Plenty of projects to work on. The sales team is exceptional.

I have seen attrition. Never experienced attrition to the rate seen at Cycloides. The attrition rate is sky high. The work life balance is non existent. It's so bad that there is no formal gathering on the last day of an employee. The company somehow manages to grab awards. best employer awards ! The conditions inside the company state otherwise. The company management has utter disregard for off days, saturday,sunday, national holidays whatsover. Staying back in an IT firm is nothing new but consistently because of intentional understaffing ! Cyclodes culture. Employees have no say. Notice period is increased as and when the management feels adequate. The notice period during joining 30 days. After joining revised to 60. After a point revised to 3 months !! Salary appraisal is once a year. In this company, the notice period increases faster than salary. This is one of those companies where the minimum log per day is 8 hours. Emphasised minimum because it is not possible that 40 hour weeks can be had. Stay back in office one day, say 12 hours. Next day, it doesn't matter. Again mandatory to clock 8 hours, else it's a half day ! The best part is, the attire is business formals except friday coupled with long working hours. If you are considering joing this firm, think twice. Talk to employees/ ex employees or in your social circle in Trivandrum. There is truly nothing Canadian about it.

You can learn new technology.

They will try their maximum to give lowest salary hike. They will hire you in one tech and dey will put you in another tech, and if you dnt agree dey will extend your probation etc. They will give PIP and will give you 1 mnth time and dey will negotiate to give a very low salary to such experienced person or they will be fired. Office staff other than the employee are good and friendly. They are very much approachable. You wanna end your IT career a best cmpny you can choose for. Recently they fired one of the employee without the notice period of 2 mnths and when he questioned HR threatened him saying next cmpny will call them for review so better dnt come up with much questions. The relatives of managemnt are put into job without any interviews. Finally this company started facing salary issues,because their clients are leaving them due to their poor quality of software works.
