Pros

Great Industry Experience: Cyclops gives you direct exposure to the global electronics supply chain, working with customers and suppliers from all over the world. It’s a fantastic place to gain commercial awareness and learn about components, logistics, and international trade. Supportive Team Environment: The team is close-knit and collaborative, which makes the fast-paced environment enjoyable. There’s a good mix of personalities, and everyone is willing to help you learn and succeed. Clear Training and Structure: Training is hands-on and ongoing. If you’re motivated and willing to learn, you’ll quickly gain confidence in sales techniques, customer management, and sourcing. Global Sales Exposure: You get the chance to speak with clients across Europe, Asia, and the US. It’s a rare opportunity to build international business skills without needing to relocate. Performance-Driven Rewards: High performers are recognised and rewarded. Commission is uncapped and achievable if you put in the work, and there are clear metrics for success.

Cons

The role can be demanding, especially early on while building your customer base. But if you're driven and resilient, it pays off. It’s a fast-moving environment – you need to be organised and proactive to keep up.

Pros

Well-run company with a strong and positive culture that truly supports its employees. From the beginning, I felt valued not just as a professional, but as a person. I started my role with a 1-year-old and a 3-year-old at home, and Cyclops was incredibly flexible and understanding, which made balancing work and family life possible. That kind of support is rare and deeply appreciated. The senior leadership team is approachable and genuinely open to listening to all employees, regardless of role or level. They actively encourage feedback and take it seriously, which makes you feel heard and respected.

Cons

None that stand out from my experience.
