Senior leadership seems to change their minds and direction frequently. I read previous reviews about this here on Glassdoor, and come to find out it was my experience too. I was let go as part of a large layoff. An entire department lost several people.

There are some really good people that still work there

Cyclotron used to be a good place to work, but in my experience, the culture has recently moved in an unhealthy direction. Some business practices made it very difficult to create happy clients. Project managers are responsible for collections when clients don’t pay. If you desperately need a job, consider taking it only if you are committed to continuing to look for something better.
