      - low wages - no career progress or advancement - people being fired effective immediately and never within a notice period - people being fired for no just cause or reason, simply because they don't like you they find ways to fire you

      Amazing Engineering team. Great Place to work if you care about product engineering and working on products that impact users directly. Excellent work life balance

      Colleagues you work with are friendly.

      Cons

      Poor management and poor communication. No loyalties, staff are not rewarded for their time with the company, instead they can be dismissed from their post at any time. Little to none career prospects. No benefits.
