      Good company to work for on 0 hour basis - very flexible

      Cons

      Chronic understaffing can create a dangerous hospital environment as sometimes staff numbers are so low there is essentially no response team for incidents, also once they didn’t pay me for 6 months

      Salary was good, raises kept me happy.

      Cons

      Understaffed like crazy! I was constantly running around like a headless chicken trying to keep up with everyone's needs. You never had enough time to actually connect with the people you were supposed to be helping.
