      Fair pay, bonuses were a plus.

      Cons

      The treatment feels like a guessing game with people's well-being at stake. We were pressured to use methods that felt more like astrology than actual psychology. There were times I questioned everything I thought I knew because the "care" plans seemed pulled out pf a hat.

      Salary was good, raises kept me happy.

      Cons

      Understaffed like crazy! I was constantly running around like a headless chicken trying to keep up with everyone's needs. You never had enough time to actually connect with the people you were supposed to be helping.
